No. Claiming is free. You only pay for the care you receive, with 20% taken off.
Who can I put on my pass?
Yourself and anyone in your household, adults and children. One person claims for everyone, and we plan the visits around you.
Can I claim for family while I am abroad?
Yes. Put your own number as the contact and add the people who will attend. We call you, or whoever you name, to agree the times.
When can I use it?
Claim by 30 November, then come in any time until 31 January 2027.
Is it 20% off everything?
It is 20% off everything in the table above. For implants, braces and aligners it covers the consultation and plan, and the treatment is at the usual fee.
I use an HMO. Does the pass apply?
Tell us your HMO when you claim. We will confirm what your plan covers and how the pass applies before your visit.
My child is nervous. What happens?
The first visit can be a short, gentle look and a chat. Nothing happens without you, and you stay in the room the whole time.
What if the passes run out?
Claim early. Once they are gone the season closes, but you can still book a visit at the usual fee.
