Gentle by default
Say you're nervous and we pace it to you.
When decay or damage takes part of a tooth, we remove what's compromised and rebuild what remains. Small repairs get tooth-coloured fillings; heavily worked teeth get crowns: a complete, sculpted cover matched to the shade and shape of your natural teeth. Either way, the goal is the same. No one, including you, should be able to spot the repair.

Step by step
We find every point of decay or weakness, including the ones that don't hurt yet, and show you exactly what we see.
The damaged part of the tooth is gently removed under anaesthetic, keeping as much healthy tooth as possible.
Fillings are sculpted and set in one visit. Crowns are custom-made to match your teeth, then fitted and checked against your bite.
We adjust until your bite closes exactly as it did before, polish the surface smooth, then review it at your next routine visit.

A closer look
Crowns are designed from a digital scan of your own bite, which is why the finished tooth sits flush and closes exactly the way it did before the damage.

Covered by an HMO? We work with Nigeria's leading health plans.

No, we use tooth-coloured composite matched to your shade. Silver-coloured fillings are a thing of the past here.
When too much tooth is lost for a filling to hold safely. Your dentist will show you the tooth and explain the honest trade-offs before you choose.
A well-placed composite filling typically gives you five to ten years, a crown ten to fifteen and often longer. Both last longest on teeth that get cleaned properly and checked twice a year.
After a filling, yes, though wait until the numbness wears off so you don't bite your cheek. After a crown fitting, give it a few hours before anything hard or sticky.
No. A root canal is only needed when the nerve inside the tooth is infected or dying. Plenty of crowns go onto perfectly healthy teeth that simply need protection.
We can, and many patients ask us to for appearance. If an old filling is sound we will say so honestly rather than replace it for the sake of it.
